Up to 1,260 tools fit in a single Eboy dispensing system. Up to eight machines can be linked together using the appropriate control system, which can then handle the logistics of up to 10,000 tools. At the same time, this flexible system can accept tools of different sizes and types. Small drills and cutters are located in a spiral system. Larger tools, grinding wheels and high-value PCD and CBN tools can be stored in drawer units.
Guaranteed reliability
At the same time, the system also guarantees a reliable production process. Access to each tool is restricted to the employee who can identify himself with the appropriate barcode, U-Key, password or swipe card. He selects the tool and the required amount and then removes the tool from the collection tray. Used tools or tools removed by mistake can be placed on the return flap. Simultaneously, special software keeps production planning staff precisely informed of tool stocks and usage via an electronic link. All statistical data is available in digital form and can be imported into Excel, for example.
